Our programs and partnerships may look different, but they're built on the same belief: people can accomplish more for students when they work together.
Sometimes the missing piece is a connection.
A faculty member has an idea but doesn’t know how to start a partnership with a school. A counselor knows what students need but isn’t sure which university resources could help. Two outreach teams are tackling the same challenge without knowing it. Across Michigan, the knowledge, resources, and ideas already exist.
The challenge is helping them reach one another.

That’s where CEO comes in.
We listen to what people are trying to accomplish, help them navigate existing resources, introduce potential collaborators, and create spaces to learn from one another. Sometimes that leads to a new partnership or a student experience. Other times, it helps improve an existing program, uncover a shared challenge, or bring the right people into the same conversation.
Not every challenge needs a new program. Sometimes it needs people working together in a new way.
Stronger relationships. Greater possibilities.
When faculty, staff, educators, community organizations, and statewide partners share what they know, they can build on one another’s work rather than starting from scratch. A single introduction might open a new opportunity for students. A conversation might help a program overcome a challenge. A statewide gathering might spark a collaboration that continues long after the event ends.
These connections make individual efforts stronger and help build a more coordinated, sustainable educational ecosystem.

You have a spark and now need help getting it going.
Maybe you have an idea, a resource to share, a challenge you’re trying to solve, or a question about what’s already happening across Michigan.
